1. Room Allotment
  • Rooms are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and fee clearance.
  • Students must submit a completed Hostel Allotment Form to the Warden’s office to secure a room.
2. Facilities Provided
  • Furnished rooms (Bed, Study Table, Chair, and Wardrobe).
  • 24 × 7 electricity and water supply.
  • High-speed Wi-Fi and common recreation/study rooms.
  • 24-hour security personnel and CCTV surveillance.
  • Hygienic dining mess offering three daily meals. 
3. Essential Items to Bring
  • Mattress, pillows, and bedsheets.
  • Personal toiletries and a sturdy lock for the room.
  • Emergency medical kit and basic stationery.
4. Core Rules & Regulations
  • Curfew: The campus curfew is strictly enforced. All students must be inside the hostel gates by 7 p.m.
  • Discipline: A peaceful, study-friendly environment is mandatory. Loud music and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
  • Guests: Unauthorized visitors and overnight guests are not permitted. Visitors are only allowed in designated areas.
  • Prohibited Items: Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and high-wattage electrical appliances (e.g., heaters) are strictly banned.
  • Cleanliness: Students are responsible for the upkeep of their respective rooms and common areas. 
5. Fee Payment
Hostel and mess fees must be paid in advance via the Student Portal or the college cashier's office prior to check-in.
