Parameter 4.1:
Demonstration/ Performance by sampled students of assigned Activities / Experiment / Case in Departmental Laboratory / Simulation Lab

Instructions for Parameter 4.1:
■ Sampling of students shall be as per provided data by college in sync with required Data Capturing Format. For each subject different set of 3 students shall be auto generated by the Assessment and Rating Portal. In the group students can mutually decide which steps or questions shall be performed or responded by them. Sampling will be based on stratifications of students based on internal Assessment data or University Examinations. In each group there shall be one randomly sampled student from Sampling strata like high performing, average performing and other than high & average performing.
■ If for any assigned group task to the students for any subjects, required articles and equipment are not available in the concerned Practical Laboratory as such next task will be assigned randomly. If for both occasions required articles and equipment are not available as such not performed shall be selected and submitted for the concerned subject.

No. of enrolled students in UG Programme vis-a-vis Sanctioned Intake (past 4 academic sessions)

4.3.1 -- Students' Admission vis-a-vis sanctioned intake for the last 4 Academic Calendars

2. List of Enrollment number issued by Affiliating University batch/year wise for the Programme 
3. Copy of the course approval and sanctioned intake by Regulator 

4.3.2 -- Students left after taking admissions in last 5 Academic Calendars

Parameter 4.4:
Number of Students/alumni appeared in National/International Level Examinations like GPAT, NIPER-JEE, GMAT, GRE, CAT, MAT, CMAT, State Combined Entrance Test, etc. and qualified (in past 2 years)

Level-1: (If none of the students appeared in given list of examinations)

Level- 2: (If less than 5% of students appeared and qualified)
Supporting Documents:
1. Graduation/PG degree of students 
2. ID Number & ID Card issued by Examination Conducting Body

Level- 3: (If equal to or more than 5% students appeared and qualified)
Supporting Documents: (Same as Level- 2)

Level- 4:
(If equal to or more than 5% students appeared and qualified examinations conducted by Central Govt.)
Supporting Documents: (Same as Level- 2)

Parameter 4.5:
Number of Students/Graduating Students joined PG & Other Higher Education Programmes in India & abroad (in past 2 years)

Supporting Documents:

Level- 1: 
(None of the students have taken admission in PG in Pharmacy, 
OR The pharmacy college/institute has not maintained any data base of student progression)
Supporting Documents: NA

Level- 2:
(If less than 5 students took admission in PG Programme in Pharmacy or PG level professional degree relevant for pharmacy, 
OR If less than 5 students progressed in professional/clinical research or entrepreneurship 
Supporting Documents:
1. Admission/Enrollment No. issued from Institution admitted students in PG
2. List of Diploma students who got admission in UG
3. List of UG students who got admission in PG
4. Number of start-ups or clinical research by students 

Level- 3:
(If equal to or more than 5 students took admission in PG Programme in Pharmacy or PG level professional degree relevant for pharmacy by qualifying at least University Level examination 
OR If equal to or more than 5 students progressed in professional/clinical research or entrepreneurship

(If equal to or more than 5 students took admission in PG Programme or PG level professional degree relevant for pharmacy qualifying GPAT or national level conducted examination by designated body of Central Govt. or international level conducted competitive examination

Parameter 4.6:
Number of Students/Graduating Students placed through On-campus/Off-campus Placement in India & abroad (in past 2 years)

4.6.1 -- Industrial Placement for UG Program (B. Pharmacy)

1. Documented evidence issued by company regarding students selected through on-campus/off-campus placement 
2. Offer & Joining Letter of students who got placement in past 2 years
3. Degree of the students placed through on-campus/off-campus placement 

4.6.2 -- Qualifying Govt. Competitive Examinations (B. Pharmacy) requiring UG Program like SSC, UPSC and State Service Commission
