Scope:
This course will prepare the young pharmacy students to interact effectively with doctors, nurses, dentists, physiotherapists and other health workers. At the end of this course the students will get the soft skills set to work cohesively with a team as a team player and will add value to the pharmaceutical business.
Course Objectives:
CO¹ - To understand the behavioral needs for a Pharmacist to function effectively in the areas of pharmaceutical operation
CO² - To communicate effectively (both verbally and non-verbally)
CO³ - To effectively manage the team as a team player
CO⁴ - To develop interview skills
CO⁵ - To develop leadership qualities and essentials
