Scope:
This course will prepare the young pharmacy students to interact effectively with doctors, nurses, dentists, physiotherapists and other health workers. At the end of this course the students will get the soft skills set to work cohesively with a team as a team player and will add value to the pharmaceutical business. 

Course Objectives:
CO¹ - To understand the behavioral needs for a Pharmacist to function effectively in the areas of pharmaceutical operation 
CO² - To communicate effectively (both verbally and non-verbally)
CO³ - To effectively manage the team as a team player
CO⁴ - To develop interview skills
CO⁵ - To develop leadership qualities and essentials


Learning Outcomes:
PO¹ - The student will be able to behave properly and function effectively as a pharmacist in the areas of pharmaceutical operation 
PO² - The student will be able to make both verbal and non-verbal communications effectively in both formal and informal contexts
PO³ - The student will able to know the group norms and be an effective team player 
PO⁴ - The student will acquire the skills necessary to succeed in job interviews 
PO⁵ - The student will be able to show leadership skills and other essentials of a successful leader to effectively lead a team
