4.1.1. Description of the adequacy of infrastructure and physical facilities for teaching-learning, viz., classrooms, laboratories, computing instrument etc. as per the minimum specified requirements by statutory bodies. Response: The adequacy of infrastructure and physical facilities in Indira Gandhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (IGIPS) is primarily governed by the norms and standards set by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The PCI requires the institute to provide specific, well-maintained facilities to ensure effective teaching-learning.  IGIPS operates from its own permanent building and not a rented or hired facility. The institute's facilities are optimally used by the students, teachers, and staff. 3.2.1 Institution has created an ecosystem for innovations and has initiatives for creation and transfer of knowledge Response: Indira Gandhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences has developed a comprehensive ecosystem for innovation and advancement in the pharmacy field by inculcating, development of skills & promoting research. The key components of this ecosystem include innovation infrastructure, knowledge creation & research, knowledge transfer mechanisms, and digital & virtual initiatives.  The institute encourages creation and knowledge transfer by establishing MoUs with external Agencies.
