The Nuance : A Verse Of Questions Toward   Immortality is a verse of 3400 questions in 1700 heroic couplets. The verse develops the theory of biological immortality of the human beings through its 17 no. of Cantos titled Life and Death, Human Difference, Subjection, Life and Soul, Confusion, Imperfection, Liberation, Body and Spirit, Extinction, Stagnation, Continuum, Obstruction, The Human System, Introspection, Dream Civilization, Transformation, and Re-creation.  Each Canto begins with two epigraphs and a synopsis which speak of the context and introduce the reader to the section. The verse describes the universe as a deathless living entity and blends the mortal biological life of the earth with the immortal cosmic life of the universe, as it develops the logic of immortality. Our soul is the consciousness by our senses. The conscios one uses their senses correctly and is capable of using the sixth sense. The one who uses the sixth sense is called the sensient being and is very close to acquire the seventh sense. The seventh sense is super conscious  which is the soul of the universe. The soul of the universe is the combined force of matter and energy which is translated as the spirit of the universe. The one who acquires the spirit of the universe is the super sentient being. The super sentient being is indestructible like energy.   The transition from conscious to super conscious  can be effected by science. At present, our consciousness is firmly under the influence of subconscious . 

The title of the book, The Nuance, is metaphorical and connotes the meaning that there is a subtle scientific fact hidden in the mortal existence of life. The subtle fact holds the crux of immortality. The paradoxical use of the word 'nuance' is inspired by the human confusion between life is everything and life is nothing, paired with the author's thought of impossibility of the earth with life within the universe without life and if it has at all been possible, then the universe must be a life form we cannot see. If the human beings did discover the line behind the obscure imagery of the visibility and the invisibility, immortality could be possible.
